I might've found a possible workaround, but it's not as efficient or
intuitive as using the Repository Browser and being able to right-click
"Update" from there.

1) Go to a folder 2-3 levels above the one that you want. It's best to
get as close as possible to the deep folder that you're trying to get
locally. So I might right-click on the C:\Work\Jobs\C\ folder and do
"TSVN -> Check for modifications".

2) Click on the "Check Repository" button to force TSVN to read from the
repository.

3) I'll get a (possibly) very large list. Now I can look for the
file(s) and folder(s) that I want and right-click to pick "Update".
TSVN will bring down only those files and should automatically create
the intermediate folders. In this example, I'm grabbing:
C:\Work\Jobs\C\Client\JobNR\ files

...

Well shoot... TSVN still doesn't do the right thing. I'm still stuck
with bringing down oodles of stuff that I don't want or jumping through
lots of hoops to get only the bits that I want.

Thought I had found a work-around.
