Re: BUG ON UTF-8 ENCODED FILES

This was possibly fixed in revision 7695,

Please try a stable nightly build from
http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/1.4.x/win32/ or wait for TortoiseSVN
1.4.1.
