In my opinion this is a subversion and not a TSVN issue. So you should
ask on their mailing list. As far as I'm familiar with subversion this
behaviour is the typical way subversion works. You get the state of the
directory in revision 76. It does not matter, that the directory didn't
change in this revision. You can find details of this philosophy in the
Subversion book.
