Ummm... no. It happens if the program running on the machine decides
the license is not valid. While this has a high degree of correlation
to reality, it will never reach 100%.

Unless you discover the problem while you're in the airport waiting
for your flight to the other side of the ocean -- or worse, in the
plane -- for the meeting you were relying on having another 12 hours
to prepare for.
