1.4.0 locked files icons

Is it just me or does 1.4.0 not show files as locked anymore after you
lock them.

Step to reproduce :

1. I made a several files needs lock and commit the change
2. They show up as gray (read only)
3. I lock one of those files
4. It shows up as green
5. Other files that were gray are now green. They are still locked.

In the 1.3 tree a locked sign would show up and the other would stay gray.
