Error Working copy 'c:\xxxx\zzzz\yyy' locked

Hi,

A user get this message when he try to update de folder, and after the
message in the subject another message follows: "Error - Please execute
the "Cleanup" command". We use the CleanUp command on the folder, and
receive the message: "Cleanup has finished", but unfortunately, when we
try to Update de folder again, we receive the same error.

We removed a working copy few days ago and re-create it. What could be
wrong to happen it again? We want to solve definitely the problem.

Any help will very appreciate!
