Ok, first: it's not a code injection! TSVN is not a virus or spyware.
Second: TSVN is not loaded for all processes but only UI applications
that use the windows file-open/save dialogs or apps that load other
shell parts.

Also, you haven't told us which applications give you errors on startup,
and what those errors are. Without that kind of information, we can't
really help you - we don't have working crystal balls we could ask.
