It has to be something specific to your PC/configuration

If you get one of these intermittent failures with TortoiseSVN:
- can you open that http(s) URL in a normal web browser?
- can you run 'svn up' with the CL client instead of TortoiseSVN?

Can you be sure that your PC isn't infected by some virus?
