this tool will clean up a corrupted installation. Then after that, you
must delete the folder where TSVN was installed (usually c:\program
files\TortoiseSVN). If you can't remove it because some files are still
in use, get this tool:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/files/documents/406/27146/ClearInstall.exe
from our website and run it. It will remove all registry keys TSVN needs
to register itself in the shell. After a reboot you will then be able to
delete the TSVN folder.
