While we could add such a dialog, are you sure you want to use revision
properties for this? Revision properties are not versioned and can be
overwritten/removed easily without a trace of what was there before.

Check the mailing list: others have requested that before.
I don't think you want to wait 5 minutes to see a log of the last 100
messages..
