Bug report : Missing properties when select multiple files

I want to set property 'svn:needs-lock' over multiple files.
Since TortoiseSvn 1.4.0 I can't do this anymore.
I select files, then right click and select properties.
Click on Subversion tab. Click on properties button, then add button.
When I select only one file, I can set these properties:
svn:eol-style
svn:executable
svn:keywords
svn:needs-lock
svn:mime-type
When I select multiple files, I can set these properties:
svn:externals
svn:ignore
bugtraq:url
bugtraq:logregex
bugtraq:label
bugtraq:message
bugtraq:number
bugtraq:warnifnoissue
bugtraq:append
tsvn:logtemplate
tsvn:logwidthmarker
tsvn:logminsize
tsvn:logfilelistenglish
tsvn:projectlanguage
