I had that for a while. The .svn folder got a green tick added to it
just after I did an "update" (which was the first update, so it upgraded
the working copy).

It stayed like that until I browsed elsewhere for a while, then when I
came back it was behaving normally again. I don't know if it was
something time-dependent or if it just needed to refresh itself.

I could be wrong, but I think I went into a subfolder and back and it
stayed weird, but then I went off to go mess with a different working
copy (which didn't get the green tick when it got upgraded) and when I
returned after that it was fine again.
