Bug with the 1.4 icons?

Hi. I didn't find it in the archives since 1.4 was released.

I just installed TortoiseSVN 1.4 and (after the reboots), the icons
don't seem to be working as they did in 1.3.

How to reproduce. TortoiseSVN 1.4, build 7501 + WinXP SP2 + all patches.

Using windows explorer:
1) create a new repository for the tests;
2) checkout the empty repository to create the working copy;
3) put two (still unversioned) files into the working copy;
4) add only one of the two new files to the repository;
5) press F5 to refresh your view. Both files have the green checks, as
   if both were versioned. This seems to be wrong;
6) run a cleanup on the working copy. Now the file that was added
   has the "+" sign and the other one has a clean icon. This is what
   is expected on step 5;
7) commit the changes. Press F5 to make sure that the view is
   refreshed, and both files have the green check. This seems to be
   wrong;
8) run a cleanup again on the working copy. Now the versioned file
   has the green check and the non versioned file has a clean icon, as
   expected on step 7.

I hope this helps. Meanwhile, I'll try to downgrade to 1.3 if possible
(I think SVN 1.4 silently run upgrades on the repositories or/and the
working copies).
