This is completely outside of the scope of TSVN, but you could use the
cygwin subversion client to do the checkouts that you will be
transferring to the linux box.

It might wreak havoc if you start to manipulate the same WC with a
native svn client, but if you use the cygwin WC only for your
transferred source, it should be fine.
