RFE: Progress measurement during checkout

I don't know if it is feasible, but it would be nice
if the TortoiseSVN checkout had some sort of progress
feedback, such as "17KB of 14.6MB downloaded", or
"182 of 17,243 files downloaded", or both. Plus it
would be great if it estimated how much longer the
checkout will take; as a user, I'd love to know
whether I'm looking at "4 minutes remaining" or
"39 hours remaining".
