Setting username for un-authenticated access

Hi guys,

My team is using Tortoise to access (read/write) our repository that
does not require authentication. The Subversion command line client
automatically uses my windows login as the username. Is there a way
to get TortoiseSVN to do the same? Or at least can I manually set
which username to use?

Thanks a bunch!
Mike
