Re: Rename/Copy Not Behaving as Expected

I've tried 2 things:

1. As you say, right-click > TortoiseSVN > Rename
2. Right-drag > SVN Copy

In the latter scenario, I realize that the original would not have
been marked for deletion, but I thought I'd try the first step in the
process and it didn't work. I didn't execute the second step since
the first one didn't produce the expected results.

I'm currently trying to do this via command line so I'll let the list
know whether it's a bigger problem or whether it appears to be TSVN.
