What do you see in the bottom pane of the log dialog for the last
revision shown? If there's not an entry "added" with an url/revision in
the "copy from" column, then you haven't really moved the folder or not
committed both the add and the delete in the same commit.

I'm asking because I can't reproduce this here. When I uncheck "stop on
copy/rename", I get all revisions down to the revision where the entry
was created.
