GUI Translation - TortoiseSVN 1.4.x

Hi Folks,

This is the translation status for the 1.4.x branch. Have a look, most of
you only have a tiny little bit to fix to get up to 100%. Please try to
finish your translation. The release is drawing closer.

As an exception to the standard procedure, check out your .po file from
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/branches/1.4.x/Languages,
finish the translation and do a branch commit.
Then use po-merge.py
(http://subversion.tigris.org/tools_contrib.html#po_merge_py) to merge your
branch translation into trunk. Document the merged revision number in the
commit message.

If you are not sure how this works, send your branch translations to me and
I'll do it.
