Problem with unzipping SVNServiceDT

Hello,

I tried to download the following file :

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/files/documents/406/29202/SVNServiceDT.zip

But I could not unzip it on my computer. I can read the content of the
archive, but when I try to unzip, depending on the unzip program, I get
either a unique file, or no file at all. The downloaded file is 186630
byte long.

Is this a problem with my download, or might the file be corrupted on
the server ?
