Text timestamps in the $Date$ field

   Hello.

Dunno why, but sometimes TortoiseSVN replaces this field as the normal
timestamp value + an UTF8 date string in Russian, like below:

Last change on : $Date: 2006-08-27 17:21:42 +0400 (, 27 2006) $
============== 8< ============== >8 ==============

How can I get rid of the russian text?
