Detecting new files in working directory

I'm working with TortoiseSVN and I'm very happy :-)

Let's say what I have created a new file in my project what later I will need
send to repository. Tortoise has some tool to detected this new file and ask
me my positioning about this file? (by example, if I will add to repository,
ignore, etc).
