In the mean time, before this gets added, I suggest using this tool:
http://www.cryer.co.uk/downloads/websitepublisher/

It will scan a set of files and only upload changed files.
I use it myself and recommend it, and it is free.

Is it possible to integrate a FTP Client for upload ?
And make an option to choose modified files only and from revision Option.

The problem i have at the moment is, i have a webserver and i have a SVN
Server.
And when i now make a projekt with some coworker for a homepage i have the
problem to synchronize the webdirectory with change in repositority.
