Clear URL History

Is there any way to clear the URL history in TortoiseSVN? I've been
doing a lot of learning/experimenting/failing and am finally ready to
start using this for real. Unfortunately, now I have a lot of clutter
in what's been stored. I'd like to dump the URL history and the
"recent messages". Is that possible? If so, how?
