Hrmmm, I haven't installed the 1.4.0-rc1 yet but based on this thread:

I have a feeling the 'Enter Log Message' window doesn't have a checkbox
to allow the window to remain open until all files have been commited.
I'll have to continue going through the entire "right-click, choose
Commit, select files, enter message, press OK" routine over and over
until all the changed files have been commited. :(
