command-line client is too old for working copy

I've installed last version of tortoiseSVN application, so it updated
the project tree with internal data.

So, I've also installed last version of subversion (1.3.2) but it sais
the client is too old to work with working copy of this project.

So, are these clients (command-line and explorer plug-in) somehow going
to be synchronized?
