Error in Connection usingTortoiseSVN

Hi ALL,
I can access my repository using Browser but unable to get connected through
TortoiseSVN.
Here is the Link, you may also try.

http://solstice.elixir.com:9090/svnrepos/samplerepos/

Above mentioned link is accessible through browser but inaccessible from
TortoiseSVN.
Any help will be highly appreciated
