Oh, lol. I clicked on the link and it worked fine (brought up the
login/password dialog, and then I could log in and get it.)

When I clicked on the turtle on the site the subversion checkout dialog came
up with the below address, and that resulted in 2 errors:
Error: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk'
Error: PROPFIND of '/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk': Could not read status line:
connection was closed by server. (http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org)

Please define bomb out. Is it possible, that some firewall is getting in
your way?
