Setting the locale used for keyword replacements

Hi all,

When using the svn:keyword $Date$, the month name is localized. This has
a tendency to create problems with my tools that parse the source files
once the replacement has been done and as such I would like to force the
language used.
On the commande line, I can set the LANG environment variable just
before the call to svn checkout, but how do I do that in TortoiseSVN so
that it only applies to TortoiseSVN?
