Copy (Branch/Tag) Dialog question

I'm getting unexpected results when using the Branch/Tag feature. For example:

From WC at URL: http://mydomain.com:2011/svn/repos/App/trunk
To URL: http://mydomain.com:2011/svn/repos/App/tags/rel_0.2

What I want is for the contents of App/trunk to be copied into App/tags/rel_0.2

However, the App/trunk folder itself is being copied, so I end up with
App/tags/rel_0.2/trunk/.

Can someone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong?
