Just remember to:

(a) at minimum hit Save All in VS before doing any SVN operations
(otherwise it might not have saved some files -- especially project
files -- to disk, leading to unexpected behaviour)

(b) don't rename, move, or delete files in the VS IDE, unless you
haven't added them to SVN yet. Any file added to SVN should only be
renamed, moved, or deleted using SVN commands.
