Thanks a lot for your quick reply.

My mistake was I used import from the repository and
file:///D:/Recherches/... is the path to the directory I'll wish to import.

Now it works.

I was wondering if and how it's possible to use diff with .tex files.

You told us your repository is at D:\svn_repo. Why dou you use
file:///D:/Recherches/...?
Use file:///D:/svn_repo/ or a path below.
