Can't delete folder with previously deleted locked file.

Another user locked one file, then deleted it without unlocking.
Later than I tried to delete folder, in which mentioned file was and
I reseive folowing messages on commit:

Error Commit failed (details follow):
Error User c_programmer_7 does not own lock on
path test/archive.xml' (currently locked by c_programmer_9)
Error If you want to break the lock, use the "Check For Modifications"
dialog

"Check For Modifications" dialog never shows this deleted file.
user c_programmer_9 can't delete this folder too (he other message).

TortoiseSVN is a great product!
