Stefan added the diff scripts for text and calc files in revision
http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/latest/changelog.html#r7110

The diff-scripts will be included in the 1.4.0 release.

If you like you can download them from
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/contrib/other/diff-scripts/
add them manually to your 1.3.2 installation. Use "guest" as username with
no password when downloading.
