Feature request

Hello,

the red exclamation mark icon of tsvn indicates whether the local copy has
been modified by the local user, but it does not indicates if it is out of
date (i/e/ if the version on the repo is newer). Could it be possible to
add such a feature? In this case the lazy dev is automatically notified of
a new file.
Obviously I know this feature would be very network intensive, but well, i
ask it anyway.
