Moved server and cannot connect to server anymore

Hi all. We just recently moved our subversion server. To both location and
box. So that means that the user accounts changed. I didn't setup the new
server but am told that it is operational.

To my question, how can I change the user and password to connect to the new
server? I can't find anywhere in TortioseSvn how to do this.
