Hmm, it looks like the moment(s) chosen to update the translation
status page are not completely unbiased ;-)

BTW, for how long do we want to keep languages listed if there are no
active updates being made to it? I think a translation percentage
below 60% does not really qualify as an active translation (unless
it's being translated right now)
