Did you check the permissions on that registry key as I told you?

Sure I do/did
I also deleted the Key by Hand
Next i deleted everything that exits in the Reg.
And is pointing to Tortoise or SVN
Nothing helps

I tried to install on a new Machine with a fresh installed XP SP2
Nothing

I installed the WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe (msi3.0 V2)
Dont help

Btw. The TortoiseSVN-1.3.2.5840-svn-1.3.0.msi works well on every
Machine
