I see now. I should have checked 'Working copy'. I would suggest making
this the default option. You usually don't want all your existing tags and
branches in a new tag.

The latter. You probably created your tag from the repository root and not
from trunk.

Show the log of your tag and take a look at the "copy from path" column in
the bottom pane. It should read "/trunk" or "/branches/..." but definitely
not "/".
