BUG: Entering a file URL in repo-browser leads to the file being treated as a folder

From: Yaniv Kunda <Kunda_at_TeleMessage.com>

This happens either when:
 - entering a file URL in the repo-browser URL field and pressing enter
 - selecting a file URL entry in the history of the repo-browser URL field
 - selecting a file in the repo-browser tree and pressing enter in the URL
field
 - starting a svn://repository/path style URL via TortoiseSVN's URL handler,
e.g. in a Windows Explorer or a browser's address toolbar (possibly with other
associated protocol handlers)

This might be related to this bug I found in the change-log, fixed in 1.3.2:
- BUG: Pressing F5 while a file was selected in the repository browser lead to
the file being treated as a folder. (Stefan)
