Convert to Tortoise SVN from Tortoise CVS?

I'd like to convert from Tortoise CVS while also converting my CVS history for
use in SVN. It looks like I can do this with the cvs2svn tool, but I'm in a
completely Windows environment and it looks like I'll have to install a bunch of
stuff (Python, RCS, GNU sort) to make cvs2svn work. Is there a simpler way?
