source path validation problem

Hi,

Programmer checked out a project tree from trunk, made some changes and when tried to commit got this error:

All the project was from trunk (we checked the entries files under .svn).
After pressing Yes, the files were committed correctly, and the error never returned.
Later on we found out that there was a directory called "tags" deep in our source tree.
It looks like TortoiseSVN path validation needs to be improve to ignore such cases.
