Small "bug" in bugtracking documentation

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the commit, but you forget the * at the end instead of the +
sign.
The issue number documented in the sample could one or more numbers. So the
second part must be optional.

So can you please patch it again?

Use this:
[Ii]ssue #?(\d+)(,? ?#(\d+))*

Instead of this:
[Ii]ssue #?(\d+)(,? ?#(\d+))+
