Feature request: Warning for Logrex-Issues

Hello,

I just tested the bugtracking functionality of TortoiseSVN.

I like the "bugtraq:logregex" and the "bugtraq:warnifnoissue" properties.
It would be really great if this could be combined, because I wanted to transfer the bugids within the text (with the "bugtraq:logregex"-properties). But I would also prefer, that a warning message pop up, when no issue number is entered.
