TortoiseSVN - Commit Dialog enhancement?

Hi All,
I'm new to both SubVersion and TortoiseSVN and I must say that I'm quite impressed with both packages. That said, I do have a possible enhancement request for the "Commit" dialog, and I hope this is the right place to start.
It would be nice if the "Commit" dialog had a draggable splitter between the upper log message section and the lower file selection section. Sometimes, my log messages are lengthy and I only have a few files to commit. In this case, the canned 50% split between the two sections is kind of wasteful. I browsed the "Issue Tracker" and found a similar request (and a fix) for the "Show Log" dialog (ID #15). It would be nice to have the same ability in the Commit dialog.
Also, one other thing. Wouldn't it make more sense for the "Commit" dialog to have a title like "Commit" instead of "Log Messages"? While that tends to makes sense to me, I noticed other dialogs that don't seem to have the most obvious title, so maybe there's a system at work here that I just don't yet understand.
If I need to make this request elsewhere, feel free to let me know.
Thank you.
