problem with repository

hello
today i found a very bad problem, i can do nothing with a repository
that was working fine two weeks ago, not commit, export, checkout, just
nothing
i've run svnadmin recover and it just runs and finish but the error
remains, i've run svnadmin verify and it says an error about svnadmin
not reading the length line in the file 'd:\svn\ec\db\revs\2'
(d:\svn\ec is my repo), this is the same error i get with other actions
like exporting

what can i do to bring my rep back to work? i have no idea what could be
the cause of my problem, a crash maybe?
