The rev graph has been completely rewritten for 1.4.0, and in that
version if you hover the mouse over a revision box you can see author,
date and log message. I don't know of that information is available in 1.3.3

If you want to try 1.4.0 you can test a nightly build, but be warned
that it will convert your working copy to svn 1.4 format and it will no
longer be readable by existing svn 1.3 tools (TortoiseSVN 1.3.x and the
command line client 1.3.x).
