Tortoise SVN 1.33 bug -

From: Ivan <ikrivyakov_at_bloomberg.net>

I hope this is the right plice to report a bug. I read instructions on the web
site, but I am still not sure I am doing the right thing. So, please forgive me
if I don't :-)

Ways to reproduce buggy behavior:

1. Stage a conflict.
2. Lock one of the conflicting files (e.g. *.mine) by opening it in an editor,
or somehow else hold a handle to the file
3. In the Explorer window right-click on the file, choose "Resolve" from the
menu. Tortoise SVN window appears, it thinks for a while, and then shows "OK"
with empty action list. The conflict *HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED*. No error message
is displayed.

Note, that if instead of resolving the conflict via menu you try to commit and
then resolve the conflict from commit dialog, you do get the error message
("file bla-bla-bla is locked").
