Yes, that's what I meant. If you have nothing in there, then of course
it can't interfere with your settings in the config file.

Are you absolutely sure that you use the exact same setting for
Subclipse? Because TSVN uses the Subversion library for that stuff, as
does Subclipse. So they should behave exactly the same.
