What do you mean by "nothing happens"? Can you be more specific? Do you
get a message like this?
   At revision nnnn.

Does it hang, does it crash, do you get an error message?

Yes, but that is only accessing your working copy. Sounds like you may
be having problems with SSH. Have you looked in the subversion manual?
